titleOfInvention | A malodor removing device and removing method of malodor |
abstract | Disclosed are an odor removal device and a odor removal method for removing odors by adsorbing and oxidizing ammonia, methane, etc. by applying to livestock manure. The malodor removal apparatus of the present invention comprises: an ozone oxidation tank for oxidizing malodorous gas, including an oxidation housing having an inlet and an outlet formed therein, and an ultraviolet lamp positioned inside the oxidation housing; and an adsorption tank horizontally connected to the ozone oxidation tank, comprising an adsorption housing having an inlet and an outlet formed therein, and a porous ceramic deodorant positioned inside the adsorption housing, wherein the odor remaining after removal in the ozone oxidation tank and ozone oxidation Ozone generated in the tank is transferred to the adsorption tank, and the odor adsorbed on the porous ceramic deodorant in the adsorption tank is oxidized by ozone. In the present invention, residual ozone and residual odor after oxidation in a reactive pipe equipped with an ultraviolet lamp are transferred to an adsorption tank equipped with an adsorption tank at the rear, so there is no external extraction. |
