abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a UV-blocking fabric and a fabric manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of the UV blocking fabric according to the present invention includes a batch chip preparation step (S100) of preparing a batch chip manufactured in a chip state; A master batch chip manufacturing step (S200) of mixing the batch chip and a UV blocking material to prepare a master batch chip containing a UV blocking component; A yarn manufacturing step of manufacturing a yarn using the master batch chip (S300); a yarn air texturing step (S400) of forming the yarn bulky by blowing air into the yarn; A yarn coating step (S500) of coating the bulky yarn by applying an antibacterial coating solution; A yarn drying step of drying the yarn to which the antibacterial coating solution is applied (S600); and a fabric manufacturing step (S700) of weaving the dried yarn to manufacture a fabric. According to the above-described configuration, the method for manufacturing a UV-blocking fabric according to the present invention includes a UV-blocking material, so that the UV-blocking effect is excellent and the physical properties of the textile fabric itself are maintained, and at the same time, the UV-blocking material exhibits excellent antibacterial and anti-odorizing activity. A barrier fabric can be manufactured. |
