titleOfInvention Core-shell structured quantum dots using graphene shell and manufacturing method thereof
abstract An embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a carbon source dispersion; adding a quantum dot core to the carbon source dispersion; and irradiating a laser to the carbon source dispersion while stirring the carbon source dispersion to which the quantum dot core is added, thereby generating a plasma plume from the carbon source and releasing carbon to form a graphene shell on the surface of the quantum dot core. A core-shell structure quantum dot manufacturing method is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to form a graphene shell on the surface of the quantum dot core by a simple process compared to the prior art. In addition, the thermal stability of the core-shell quantum dots is increased due to the graphene shell having excellent optical properties, thermal stability and chemical stability, thereby preventing deterioration.
