titleOfInvention | Cyanic acid ester compound, curable resin composition containing said compound, and cured product thereof |
abstract | Provided is a novel cyanate ester compound having excellent solvent solubility, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and a cured product having excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance. This invention is a cyanate ester compound represented by following formula (1). (Wherein, Ar represents an aromatic ring, and R 1 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group. n is each independently an integer of 1 to 3, and m+n represents the aromatic ring and a hydrogen atom. It is the same as the total number of hydrogen atoms in the monovalent aromatic group. R 2 is a hydrogen atom (provided that Ar is a benzene ring, n is all 1, R 1 is a hydrogen atom, m is all 4, and the cyanato group is (Except the case where it is bonded to the danantyl group at the 4-position) or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.) |
