titleOfInvention | Multi-layer 3D Scaffold Based on Supported Fibrous for Cell Culture and Uses Thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a support fiber-based multi-layered 3D scaffold for cell culture and uses thereof. According to the present invention, the shape/structure of cells can be cultured similarly to the actual body by establishing a hypoxic environment, which is a representative environment of the tumor tissue, to be more suitable for application as an in vitro experimental model, so that a dense form similar to the actual tissue can be obtained. Since the three-dimensional biomimetic culture system can be easily implemented in a three-dimensional shape, it can replace animal experiments for evaluating the efficacy of cancer therapeutics. |
