abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, kit, or anticancer adjuvant for preventing or treating cancer comprising mesenchymal stem cells and compound C secreting TRAIL. When the mesenchymal stem cells secreting TRAIL of the present invention and compound C are combined, the expression of proteins related to apoptosis of cancer cells is reduced compared to the case of treating TRAIL-secreting mesenchymal stem cells or compound C alone, respectively. It is possible to significantly increase apoptosis of cancer cells by increasing and reducing the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins, thereby obtaining a high anticancer effect. |
