The present invention relates to a heat shielding and heat insulating coating composition and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to non-porous ceramic particles, hollow ceramic particles, white pigments, photocatalysts, silicone acrylic copolymer emulsions, acrylic modified fluorine emulsions, fluorine-based surfactants and fluorine-based surfactants. It relates to a water-based heat-blocking and heat-insulating paint composition that has self-cleaning power while improving indoor temperature reduction performance in summer by more than double compared to conventional heat-insulating and heat-insulating paints, including stain-resisting additives. |
