abstract | The present invention discloses a catalyst component comprising an internal electron donor A selected from titanium, magnesium, halogen and a compound represented by the formula (I). Formula I In the formula I above, R is from hydrogen, hydroxyl and substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 30 hydrocarbyl, preferably hydrogen, hydroxyl and substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkyl, C 6 -C 30 aryl, C 6 -C 30 heteroaryl, C 7 -C 30 alkylaryl and C 7 -C 30 arylalkyl; R 1 and R 2 may be identical to or different from each other, and from hydrogen and substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 30 hydrocarbyl, preferably hydrogen and substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkyl , C 6 -C 30 aryl, C 7 -C 30 alkylaryl and C 7 -C 30 arylalkyl. According to the present invention, when the compound represented by Formula I is used as an internal electron donor compound for propene polymerization, the activity of the catalyst becomes higher and the rate of decrease in activity is delayed. The resulting polymer has a higher melt index and isotacticity as well as a broader molecular weight distribution. |
