titleOfInvention | Method of screening antibody, bacteria contamination diagnosis method and bacteria contamination diagnosis kit |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for screening an antibody, a method for diagnosing bacterial contamination, and a kit for diagnosing bacterial contamination. The antibody screening method according to an embodiment of the present invention provides a target antibody that selectively binds to the outer membrane of the abnormal Gram-negative bacteria by providing an abnormal Gram-negative bacteria that does not contain LPS (lipopolysaccharide) in the serum of a subject, and the abnormal Gram-negative bacteria obtaining a first mixture comprising a first conjugate and a non-target antibody of dissociating into the abnormal Gram-negative bacteria and the target antibody, and obtaining the target antibody. |
