titleOfInvention A Novel Composition for Delivery of Nucleic Acid Molecules and Use Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a composition for delivering nucleic acid molecules to cells and a composition for preventing or treating inflammatory or autoimmune diseases using the same. In the present invention, permeability to cell membranes is remarkably improved by forming a complex with a nucleic acid molecule to be delivered using a combination of SPACE peptide and polyarginine peptide, which can be usefully used as an efficient gene delivery system. In particular, the composition of the present invention not only enhances the intracellular permeation efficiency of shRNA but also prevents the shRNA from being degraded in the cell for a long period of time, thereby achieving suppression of expression of a target gene using shRNA with excellent efficiency.
