abstract The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced high-toughness cement composite composition using cellulose nanocrystals and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to fiber-reinforced high toughness in which cellulose nanocrystals and steel fibers are mixed in an optimal mixing ratio to improve compressive strength and flexural strength It relates to a cement composite composition and a method for manufacturing the same. The fiber-reinforced high toughness cement composite composition using cellulose nanocrystals of the present invention is based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 30 to 50 parts by weight of water; 30 to 50 parts by weight of sand; 15 to 40 parts by weight of fly ash; and the cement. With respect to 100 parts by volume, 0.1 to 3 parts by volume of water reducing agent; and 0.1 to 2 parts by volume of steel fiber; and 0.1 to 2 parts by volume of cellulose nanocrystals (CNC).
