titleOfInvention | Method for measuring adhesion force |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for measuring the adhesive force between inorganic particles of a separator having a polymer substrate and a porous coating layer formed on at least one surface of the polymer substrate and having a plurality of inorganic particles connected and fixed to each other by a binder polymer, (S10) attaching a first adhesive tape to the surface of the porous coating layer of the separator; (S20) pulling the first adhesive tape in a state in which the separator is fixed, and peeling the first adhesive tape to which the porous coating layer is attached from the polymer substrate; (S30) attaching a second adhesive tape to the surface of the porous coating layer from which the polymer substrate is peeled; and (S40) pulling the first and second adhesive tapes to measure the force required to separate the inorganic particles of the porous coating layer from each other. In the present invention, the adhesive force between the inorganic particles in the porous coating layer of the separator can be measured by the above measurement method. |
