Provided is a self-curing organic synthetic resin mixture for additive manufacturing comprising a linear thermoplastic phenolic resin in a mass fraction of 30%-75% and a phenol-modified furan resin in a mass fraction of 25%-70%. The manufacturing method is divided into three steps, the first step is a step of producing a linear thermoplastic phenol resin, the second step is a phenol-modified furan resin production step, and the third step is a linear thermoplastic phenol resin and a phenol-modified furan resin in a constant ratio. and finally a self-curing organic synthetic resin mixture for additive manufacturing is obtained. The self-curing organic synthetic resin mixture has advantages such as high strength at room temperature, high temperature resistance, high activity, and excellent livestock performance, so it is suitable for the additive manufacturing industry and especially suitable for producing casting molds through 3D printing. |
