titleOfInvention Method of Producing Substitute for Ground Material of Base Course from Waste Adsorbents
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a base ground material or a donated ground substitute using waste adsorbent generated in various production plants or business sites, and specifically, by adding washing sand to recycled aggregate containing waste adsorbent, it is environmentally friendly and water permeable. It relates to a method for producing a base ground material using a waste adsorbent for the production of an excellent base ground material. The manufacturing method of the stratum base material comprises the steps of pulverizing and selecting recycled aggregate, waste adsorbent and general washing sand while input; adjusting the particle size of the selected material; performing primary kneading while adding a solidifying agent to the material whose particle size is controlled; secondarily selecting the kneaded material; and performing secondary kneading while injecting a neutralizing agent into the secondary selected material, wherein the recycled aggregate includes waste casting sand, slag and ceramic drift, and the waste adsorbent includes anthracite and filter sand.
