abstract | The present invention relates to an off-line extracorporeal blood photodispersion device. Off-line extracorporeal blood optical splitting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a blood supply unit to which blood is supplied; a light splitter for irradiating light to the blood supplied from the blood supply unit; a filtration device for filtering the light-irradiated blood; and a blood collection unit for collecting blood filtered through the filtering device. According to the above configuration, the off-line extracorporeal blood optical splitting device according to the present invention mixes methoxsalene in a blood collection bag in which blood is collected, then irradiates UV-A (long-wavelength ultraviolet) and administers the processed blood outside the body so that it can be used. By doing so, it is possible to obtain activated blood that can alleviate the skin symptoms of Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL) and improve blood condition. |
