abstract | The present invention provides a composition comprising (a) at least one vegetable butter; (b) at least one alkali agent comprising at least one primary amino group and at least three hydroxyl groups; (c) at least one wax; and (d) water. The composition according to the invention does not produce NDELA, since it is not necessary to use TEA, but has enhanced or improved cosmetic effects or cosmetic properties on keratin fibers, for example eyelashes, for example good volume-up effect (for example, increase the thickness of the keratin fibers) and a uniform application effect (eg, the composition can be uniformly applied to the keratin fibers to clear the appearance of the keratin fibers). |
