Implant for in vivo insertion coated with drug for inhibiting fibrosis |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an implant for insertion into the body coated with a drug for inhibiting fibrosis. Specifically, the implantable implant of the present invention is coated with a drug for suppressing inflammatory reaction and spherical contracture in an appropriate amount that has medicinal effect and does not cause side effects, and is released in a sustained-release form for a long period of time without showing side effects of the drug. It can be usefully used to minimize the foreign body reaction that can occur with the transplantation of the body. |
