abstract A cashew nut oil refinery apparatus and method are disclosed. Cashew nut oil refinery apparatus according to the present invention is a storage container (SILO) into which raw material cashew nut crude oil (CSN crude OIL) is put; a first melting unit that heats the CSN crude input into the storage container (SILO) to 250° C. while transferring it through a screw conveyor to separate it into gas and sludge; a secondary fusion unit for separating the CSN crude extracted from the primary fusion unit into gas and sludge by reheating it to 250-350° C. while transferring it through a screw conveyor; a decomposition unit that separates gas and sludge by reheating the CSN crude treated in the secondary melting unit to 350~500°C; Primary and secondary catalytic cracking for catalytic cracking of oil and moisture through primary and secondary catalytic cracking of gasified CSN crude; a classifier for classifying oil and moisture in the CSN crude extracted from the catalytic decomposition unit; a first heavy oil cracking tank for precipitating the CSN crude extracted from the classifier to the lower part and moving the light oil to the upper part according to the specific gravity of the oil; a condensing cooler in which the light oil gas separated in the first heavy oil cracking tank is emulsified; a secondary light stream decomposition tank for classifying the gas light oil of CSN crude extracted through the condensing cooler into light oil and water and moving the light oil to the upper tank; a water bong tank for cooling the residual gas and water classified in the secondary light oil cracking tank and finally classifying; There is provided a cashew nut oil purification apparatus comprising a; an exhaust for exhausting the residual gas extracted from the water seal tank to the outside after gas burning through a gas blower.
