abstract |
It is a lyophilisate for a filler comprising biodegradable polymer microparticles and a biocompatible carrier, wherein the lyophilisate contains one directional open pores, and the content of the biocompatible carrier is 100% by weight of the total weight of the lyophilisate. Based on 5 to 20% by weight of the freeze-dried product for filler, a method for producing the same, and an injection for filler containing the same are provided. The lyophilisate for filler of the present invention can be prepared simply and easily, and has unidirectional open pores, so that solubility is greatly improved. By using such a lyophilisate, it is possible to easily prepare an injection for a filler with improved dispersibility. |
