titleOfInvention EEG induction method using aromatherapy
abstract The present invention has an effect of avoiding the conventional relaxation-oriented aromatherapy and inducing arousal and immersion in a work environment while simultaneously promoting stress reduction, which is a basic effect of aromatherapy. Accordingly, the method of inducing EEG using aromatherapy according to an aspect of the present invention includes a first step of preparing an essential oil, a second step of exposing the essential oil to a user, and an EEG analysis of a user who inhales the essential oil. However, in the center of the left frontal lobe, right frontal lobe, left frontal lobe, right frontal lobe, and frontal lobe, the absolute power spectrum value of the alpha wave region or the absolute wave wave spectrum value of the slow alpha wave region is statistically significantly reduced (p<0.05). Includes 3 steps.
