abstract |
Ways to support gaming. Information relating to the player's gameplays for the gaming application is received at the back-end server. The current game context of the first game play of the first player is determined from the information. From the information, the historical expert game contexts of expert gameplays of experts who played the gaming application are determined. A support inquiry related to the first game play is received. The current game context of the first player is compared with historical expert game contexts to determine at least one expert having a corresponding historical expert game context matching the first game context. A first expert is assigned to the first player to receive support. A communication session is created between the first expert's device and the first player's device to enable the first expert to provide assistance to the first player. |
