titleOfInvention Non-invasive blood analysis
abstract The present invention provides a personal portable monitor (PHHM) including a signal capture device for obtaining a signal usable for measurement and derivation of parameters related to a user's health. This signal capture device includes at least one light emitter that transmits light to the user's body part, at least one photo detector that detects light transmitted through or scattered by the body part, and at least one contains or contains a sample to be detected. Including a blood optical sensor having two or more optical cells that mimic the absorption band, but the light that has transmitted or will be transmitted through the body part or the light that has been scattered or scattered by the body part is before the light reaches the photodetector(s). To pass through the optical cell. PHHM's processor processes the signals received from the photodetector or each of them, calculates the difference between the intensity of the light passing through the sample cell or each of them and the intensity of the light passing through the non-test cell or each of them, and determines the user's pulse rate. The signals obtained from the sensor are correlated with the user's pulse, and the PHHM applies pressure to the body part or includes the pressure applied to the PHHM by the body part. During each pulse, the PHHM's processor derives a measurement of the change in the luminal region of the artery during each pulse, and correlates the signals received from the blood light sensor with the change in the pulse and the luminal region of the artery to provide a measurement of sample concentration in arterial blood do.
