abstract The present invention relates to a method for providing a culture environment similar to a tumor microenvironment by three-dimensional co-culture of cancer cells with adipocytes and fibroblasts. In the present invention, by further amplifying the interaction between cancer cells and adipocytes by fibroblasts, it is possible to more accurately reproduce various phenotypes of actual cancer cells in vivo, such as change in morphology of cancer cells, degree of invasion, and expression of cytokines. It can be usefully used as a system for various in vitro assays for cancer cells.
