abstract | It relates to a catecholamine coating method using calcium peroxide and a method of manufacturing a low-binding cell culture plate using the same, specifically, catecholamine coating comprising the step of immersing a substrate to be coated in a catecholamine solution to which calcium peroxide (CaO 2) is added It relates to a method and a method for preparing a low-binding cell culture plate comprising immersing a substrate coated with catecholamine by the method in an amine-reactive PEG (mPEG) solution. In the present invention, a technique for modifying the surface of a biomaterial using calcium peroxide as an oxygen supply reagent was developed. The oxygen supply through the calcium peroxide promoted DA (dopamine hydrochloride) oxidation to quickly generate an amine-rich substrate, and a low-binding culture plate could be prepared by a simple immersion process, and cultured in the low-binding culture plate. The resulting cells formed larger and more compact cell spheroids compared to other culture plates. |
