abstract | In the present invention, the functional coating layer serving as the outermost surface is formed to have a chain structure by reacting 2-oxaphanone polymer with 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol. Including polymer (2-Oxepanone, polymer with 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol), it can effectively prevent damage to the windshield caused by stone chips by attaching it to the outer surface of the windshield. In addition, the functional coating layer with antifouling, water repellency, self-healing and IR blocking functions is made of a soft material, not a UV curing type, so that the occurrence of scratches caused by the wiper is minimized. It provides a coating film for attaching the outer surface of a windshield of an automobile that can optimally secure the driver's field of view by being removed, and a method of manufacturing the same. |
