Therefore, the SSR marker of the present invention can be a tool for evaluating the polymorphism of domestic chrysanthemum varieties, accurately separating and efficiently managing chrysanthemum varieties by using the nucleotide sequence of chrysanthemum that has not been previously utilized. It can be used in various fields such as building core groups, identifying varieties and analyzing family trees. |
