abstract The present invention relates to a composition for improving cognition, preventing or treating dementia and hyperactivity disorder, comprising a baeja extract and praxine as an active ingredient, and in the present invention, a baeja extract and a praxin composition are induced by the administration of Aβ (1-42) In the Alzheimer's dementia model and the APPswe/PS1dE9 double-expression Alzheimer's dementia model, it was found that it significantly improves cognitive memory and inhibits the formation of amyloid plaques. It can be seen that the combination of ovate extract and praxine can be used as a candidate for treatment of ADHD.
