abstract | The present invention provides a benzenesulfonamide compound represented by Formula 1 or a biotinylated compound thereof. The compound of the present invention selectively reacts with an unoxidized sulfhydryl group (-SH) of cysteine and exhibits an effect of not reacting with an oxidatively modified product. Therefore, the compound of the present invention can detect the sulfhydryl group of cysteine. In addition, the compounds of the present invention can measure the reactivity of each cysteine to the oxidation reaction, and accordingly, the reactive oxygen target protein can be screened. |
