titleOfInvention | Composition for cryopreservation of organoid |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for cryopreservation that enables long-term freeze-freezing of organoids and a cryopreservation method for organoids using the same. When the composition for cryopreservation of the present invention is used, the cell viability can be maintained high when the organoid is thawed after long-term cryopreservation, and the morphological or biological properties of the organoid can be maintained as it is. Accordingly, it is believed that the high-efficiency cryo-freeze preservation method applied to the present invention can be applied to effective intestinal disease and injury treatment by providing a large amount of cells essential for organoid-based therapy. |
