titleOfInvention | Method for evaluating residual solvent of polymer film |
abstract | The present invention is based on the RS-Score (Residual Solvent Score), which is a result calculated using Equation 1 consisting of factors such as heat increase, required heat amount, and vapor pressure of the mixed solvent. It provides a method for evaluating the residual solvent of a polymer film that can classify the level for content. This evaluation method allows the content of residual solvent to be predicted without directly analyzing the amount of residual solvent in a polymer film prepared with a mixed solvent having various composition ratios in developing the optimum composition ratio for the mixed solvent used in the polymer film. It can save time and cost in developing the optimal mixed solvent. [Equation 1] RS-Score=c 1 [log(Mi*Ni)]+ c 1 log(c 2 *c 3 ) In Formula 1, c 1 , c 2 , c 3 , Mi, and Ni are the same as defined in the detailed description. |
