The present invention provides a novel active energy ray polymerizable resin composition having excellent adhesion, and a laminate having superior punching processability and durability against heat or humidity compared to the prior art using the same, particularly a laminate for optical elements. An active energy ray polymerizable resin composition comprising an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated double bond-containing compound (M) and a boric acid and/or boric acid derivative, and cationic polymerization with a cationic polymerizable compound (K) and a boric acid and/or boric acid derivative. An active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition containing an initiator (KE), and an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated double bond-containing compound (M) and a cationically polymerizable compound (K) are used in combination to include boric acid and/or boric acid derivatives.
