abstract The present invention relates to a disinfecting tissue having a sterilizing effect and a method for manufacturing the same, which does not cause skin irritation and unpleasant odor, has excellent cleaning power of blood that is difficult to decompose, and has a low risk of corrosion of medical devices that are susceptible to corrosion. Regarding the disinfecting tissue, and more particularly, the method of preparing the disinfecting tissue having the sterilizing effect includes (a) mixing 35 to 45% by weight of purified water and 0.05 to 0.2% by weight of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride to prepare a first composition. The step of preparing, (b) preparing a second composition by mixing 0.001 to 0.009 wt% of sodium edetate hydrate with the prepared first composition, (c) 0.02 to 0.06 lauramine oxide in the prepared second composition A step of preparing a third composition by mixing wt%, (d) 0.001 to 0.003 wt% of sodium hydroxide and the remaining amount of purified water are added to the prepared third composition so that the total composition is 100% by weight, and the disinfecting composition A disinfecting tissue is prepared by adjusting the pH to 6 to 8 to prepare a disinfecting composition and (e) impregnating the prepared disinfecting composition into a tissue fabric.
