abstract | The present invention provides an enteric preparation having film forming properties and acid resistance in a simple and efficient manner, without requiring a special cooling device. Specifically, there is provided a method for producing an enteric aqueous coating solution comprising at least a step of partially neutralizing an aqueous suspension containing at least a cellulose-based enteric base with an aqueous alkali solution, and a step of blending a partially neutralized aqueous suspension and a plasticizer. . Further, there is provided a solid preparation having at least a core portion containing a drug and a coating portion in which the core portion is coated with an enteric aqueous coating solution prepared by the above method. Further, there is provided a method for producing a solid preparation comprising at least each step of a method for producing an enteric aqueous coating solution and a step of coating a core portion containing a drug with an enteric aqueous coating solution prepared by the above method. |
