abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for drip coffee through germination/fermentation of grains, a composition for drip coffee prepared therefrom, a cold brew coffee using the same, and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to germinated and fermented grains and It relates to not only being able to produce drip coffee having excellent nutrition by roasting green beans, but also being able to produce cold brew coffee. The present invention is formed by mixing 1 to 5 parts by weight of roasted grains formed by roasting germinated and fermented grains at 150 to 170°C, and 5 to 9 parts by weight of coffee beans formed by roasting green beans at 170 to 220°C. A composition for drip coffee through germination/fermentation of grains, characterized in that it is in the form of coffee powder, and a method for producing the same, and a grain coffee undiluted solution formed by cold brew extraction by mixing the coffee powder obtained through it with water. Cold brew coffee using a composition for drip coffee through germination/fermentation of grains and a method of manufacturing the same are the technical gist.
