Regarding the idea, radiation consisting of a multilayer structure capable of enhancing solar reflection through the difference in refractive index of the formed material while performing selective radiation for the wavelength range of the atmospheric window using a radiation cooling element having a multilayer structure of polymers and inorganic materials. It is a technology for providing a cooling element.
