AGLYCOSYLATED Fc-CONTAINING POLYPEPTIDES |
abstract |
Variant human IgG1 Fc molecules with no effector function or significantly reduced and high stability despite the absence of glycosylation at N297 are provided herein. Also provided herein are linker peptides that are glycosylated when expressed in mammalian cells. IL-2 is a transmembrane receptor subunit: IL-2R- and IL-2Ry, which activate intracellular signaling events together upon binding of IL-2, and stabilize the interaction between IL-2 and IL-2RBY. It binds to CD25 (IL-2Ra). Signals transmitted by IL-2RBY include those of the PI3-kinase, Ras-MAP-kinase and STAT5 pathway. |
