abstract The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide sensing module capable of detecting the progress direction of carbon dioxide contaminated clouds contained in soil and groundwater in the ground, a carbon dioxide measuring system using the same, and a method thereof. The carbon dioxide sensing module includes: a body member partitioned into a plurality of vertical spaces and including a plurality of openings formed on a side wall so that each of the vertical spaces communicates with the outside; And a plurality of carbon dioxide sensors disposed in correspondence with each of the vertical spaces to determine the direction of the carbon dioxide pollution cloud and detecting carbon dioxide introduced into the vertical space. According to the present invention, by dividing the body member into a plurality of vertical spaces, forming a plurality of openings on the sidewalls of the body member so that each of the vertical spaces communicate with the outside, and disposing carbon dioxide sensors in each of the vertical spaces. As the carbon dioxide flows into the vertical spaces through the openings and is sensed, the direction of progress of the carbon dioxide pollution cloud may be determined based on the sensed timing.
