abstract |
The present invention relates to a hybrid polyimide film composition comprising a POSS polyamic acid and a solvent, and more particularly, the POSS polyamic acid comprises at least one dianhydride monomer and at least one diamine monomer in a solution in which POSS is dispersed. It is produced by putting in and polymerization, and the POSS is characterized in that it is polymerized in a ratio of 0 to 10 wt% relative to polyamic acid. The hybrid polyimide film of the present invention can significantly improve mechanical properties (tensile strength, processability, etc.) and physical properties (heat resistance, thermal expansion properties, etc.) of the polyimide film by using POSS. |
