abstract The refrigeration apparatus 100 includes a heat source unit 10, a utilization unit 20A, a liquid refrigerant pipe 31 and a gas refrigerant pipe 32. The use unit 20A has the use unit inner pipes 29a to 29c. The liquid refrigerant pipe 31 and the gas refrigerant pipe 32 connect the heat source unit 10 and the inner pipes 29a to 29c of the use unit. The refrigerant circulates through the heat source unit 10, the use unit 20A, the liquid refrigerant pipe 31, and the gas refrigerant pipe 32. The refrigerant contains a compound represented by a molecular formula having at least one carbon-carbon unsaturated bond. A disproportionation reaction inhibitor that suppresses disproportionation reaction of the refrigerant is applied to the inner surface of at least a part of the liquid refrigerant pipe 31, the gas refrigerant pipe 32, and the inner pipes 29a to 29c of the use unit.
