titleOfInvention | correlated double sampling circuit, analog-to digital converter and image sensor including the same |
abstract | The correlated double sampling circuit includes a sampling section and an output reset section. The sampling unit generates an output signal by performing correlated double sampling (CDS) on a reset component and an image component included in an input signal provided from a pixel array based on a ramp signal. The output reset unit includes a first reset period before a first comparison period in which a first comparison operation is performed on the reset component of the ramp signal and the input signal, and an image component of the ramp signal and the input signal. 2 The output signal is reset to a reference voltage level based on a reset control signal activated in each of the second reset periods before the start of the second comparison period in which the comparison operation is performed. |
