Inhibits the expression of colon cancer stem cell markers ALDH-1, CD133, CD44, Lgr-5, and Msi-1, induces the death of colon cancer stem cells, and self-renewal of colon cancer stem cells and differentiation into cancer cells Since it exhibits an effect of inhibiting the growth of tumor stem cells, it can be usefully used as an active ingredient of a composition for inhibiting growth of tumor stem cells. |
