abstract | Various embodiments disclosed are directed to an adhesive release layer comprising at least one nonlinear organopolysiloxane and related aspects such as a method for processing a display device substrate. In various embodiments, there is a method of processing a display device substrate. The method may include fixing the display device substrate to a carrier substrate having an adhesive release layer comprising a cured product obtained by curing the precursor adhesive composition. The precursor adhesive composition may contain component (A), a hydrogen organopolysiloxane. The precursor adhesive composition may also comprise component (B), (C 2 -C 20 ) alkenyl functionalized organopolysiloxane, and (C 2 -C 20 ) alkenyl groups -O-, -S-, substituted or Unsubstituted -NH-, -(O-(C 2 -C 3 )alkylene) n -(where n is 1 to 1,000), -Si((C 1 -C 5 )alkoxy) 2 -, and- It is not interrupted or interrupted by 1, 2 or 3 groups independently selected from Si((C 1 -C 5 )alkyl) 2 -. At least one of component (A) and component (B) is non-linear. |
