The present invention relates to a method for preparing an oil-in-water emulsion gel cream that stabilizes high content ethanol into a stable oil-in-water emulsion and protects the skin barrier, and the oil-in-water emulsion gel cream contains a high content of ethanol. Thus, while maintaining the basic function of antibacterial and disinfecting effect, it forms a moisturizing barrier while preventing skin drying, reducing skin irritation and providing a moist and soft touch. |
