And, an electron blocking layer (EBL) disposed between the active layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer and including an InAIN:Mg layer. In the embodiment, by forming the electron blocking layer of InAIN:Mg, the strain of the active layer can be relaxed to improve internal quantum efficiency (IQE).
