abstract | Disclosed is a multi-purpose modular compact reformer using a self-heating type burner capable of actively and variably operating from the viewpoint of a reformed gas production capacity change and operational rationalization. The multi-purpose modular compact reformer according to the present invention is a reforming furnace with a reaction space surrounded by refractory materials, a burner installed in the center of the reforming furnace and having a flame discharge part located at the top of the reaction space, and a catalytic reaction part formed in each reforming furnace. The basic configuration is a unit reforming unit including a plurality of reformers provided to surround the flame discharge part within, and at least two unit reforming so that the reforming furnace side portion of the unit reforming unit and the reforming furnace side portion of the neighboring unit reforming unit abut each other. It is characterized in that it is configured to form one module by connecting units. |
