Providing a first composition comprising an organic solvent, a biodegradable polymer, and a benzoquinone analog; Providing a second composition comprising a surfactant and water; Preparing a mixture by mixing the first composition and the second composition; Stirring the mixture to prepare a third composition containing biodegradable polymer microparticles; And separating the biodegradable polymer microparticles from the third composition, wherein the first composition comprises 1 part by weight or more of the benzoquinone analogue based on 100 parts by weight of the biodegradable polymer microparticles. A method for preparing biodegradable polymer microparticles and a method for preparing injections including biodegradable polymer microparticles for fillers prepared by this method are provided. |
