abstract | In the present invention, a mixture of 7,10-dihydroxy-8(E)-octadecenoic acid (DOD), glycerol and an organic solvent was continuously passed through a column filled with lipase immobilized on beads. Then, it relates to a method for continuously preparing a hydroxy fatty acid glycerol derivative prepared by recovering the reactant from the column and extracting the hydroxy fatty acid glycerol derivative. According to the present invention, when producing a glycerol derivative of hydroxy fatty acid according to the production method of the present invention, it can be produced continuously and efficiently mass-produced. |
