Water repellent treatment agent and its manufacturing method |
abstract |
As a fluorine-free water repellent, it is an object to provide a product capable of imparting excellent initial water repellency and water repellency washing durability to a wide variety of fibers. It is a water-repellent treatment agent which is an aqueous emulsion comprising a water-repellent component and a crosslinking component capable of reacting with the water-repellent component, and consisting of a hybrid emulsion in which both components are contained in one particle, and does not contain a component containing fluorine. It is preferred that the crosslinking component is a block isocyanate. Of the solid content of the water repellent treatment agent, the water repellent component is preferably 20 to 90 mass% and the crosslinking component is 10 to 80 mass%. |
