The present invention relates to a method of improving the long-term storage efficiency of cardiomyocyte aggregates, and when the method of the present invention is used, the cardiomyocyte aggregates can be stored frozen, so that organoids using pluripotent stem cells and new drugs using organoids are developed. In addition to expanding the scope of research on 3D cell structures, it is expected that cell survival rates in hypoxic conditions generated after implantation in the body will be improved, and thus can be usefully used in related technologies such as cell therapy development. |
