titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing additives for reducing polyurethane VOCsincluding natural nanocompositeminerals and additives produced thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing an additive for reducing polyurethane VOCs including natural nanocomposite minerals, and to an additive for reducing polyurethane VOCs prepared thereby, and more specifically, to a natural nanocomposite mineral using illite clay mineral and zeolite. It relates to a method for producing an additive for reducing polyurethane VOCs comprising a. Accordingly, it relates to a technology that provides an effect of reducing VOCs to obtain an effect of decomposing harmful gas components generated during foaming of polyurethane foam by adding this to a polyol. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for preparing an additive for reducing polyurethane VOCs including a natural nanocomposite mineral comprises the steps of: (a) adding a clay illite mineral and a zeolite to an attraction mill; (b) adding a grinding ball to the attention mill and additionally adding a dispersant; (c) dispersing and pulverizing after the additional input to obtain a clay illite mineral and a zeolite powder; And (d) pulverizing the obtained powder for 24 to 48 hours by ball milling with a stainless steel ball in a ball mill. Accordingly, an additive capable of efficiently removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during the spray process of forming the urethane foam can be prepared. |
